Franca demonstrates authentic techniques for preparing home-made biscotti, this time with a white chocolate and dried fruit flare for spring, and chocolate salame. Enjoy a light lunch of capotana appetizer with a twist, insalata primavera and gnocchi nudi al fresco! Class includes printed recipes to take home.
