Alan Gray, a 14-year resident of Folsom writes about all kinds of things happening in and around Folsom.

Mike Kozlowski, a Folsom resident, runner and coach has decided to run For City Council. Over the past month, he has been seen at the Thursday Night Market and in many other places around Folsom, talking to people about what kind of place they want Folsom to be.

Kozlowski has already been endorsed by The Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange, and the Sacramento Chapter of The Young Republican Federation of California. He is interested in promoting creative ideas for the growth and prosperity of Folsom and is looking for volunteers to help his campaign.

He is an energetic community volunteer who coaches at Vista Del Largo High School and announces football games.

Daniel and Kristen West are holding a fundraising reception to support Kozlowski’s candidature next Wednesday, at their home, 524 Wallingford Lane, Folsom, between 6:00pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $50 per individual, $75 for a couple, or $150 to be one of the FOLSOM 5000.
