Sutter Street 900 block:
Monday saw cutting. The block will be open to one lane vehicle traffic. On Tuesday, underground electrical starts. Sutter Street will be open to one lane of traffic, when possible. At night, the street will be open to two way traffic.
Sutter Street 800 Block:
Teichert continue installing water lines underground. While working, the block will be closed. At night, the block will be opened up to two way traffic.
Sutter Street 700 block:
Saw cutting begins Monday. This should take all week. The street will be open to one lane, one directional traffic. At night the street will be open to two way traffic.
Sutter Street 600 block:
Underground sewer work continues throughout the week. Work is moving up the street from Riley to Scott. Once they move far enough up the street, the parking areas next to Powerhouse/Chicago Fire and Planet Earth will be made available, as long as it does not impact safety.
Teichert Construction work hours are 7 am to 6 pm. All surface parking lots and the parking garage will be open. Parking on Sutter Street will be limited when construction is in progress.
