The opening weekend of “Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings” sold out all three shows, at the Sutter Street Theatre in Folsom.
This may be an indication of things to come, so you better get your tickets early. It is a fabulous show!
Performances are Friday & Saturday at 9:00pm and Sunday at 7:00pm through Dec. 19 (no performance Dec. 3) and then a special New Year’s show and reception with all the New Year’s festivities followed by a performance Jan. 1 at 8:00pm and Jan. 2 at 4:00pm. And don’t forget the annual “Holiday in the Hills” show on Friday and Saturday at 7:00pm and Sunday at 4:00pm plus weeknight performances the week before Christmas.
And wait, that is not all. The heartwarming musical “The Quiltmaker’s Gift” opens Dec. 11 and performs Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 plus weekdays at 1:00 the week before and after Christmas.
Both “Holiday in the Hills” and “The Quiltmaker’s Gift” are great family entertainment for all ages.
