Reckless Driver Identified

The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office has released the name of the driver involved in this morning’s fatal pursuit.
The man was identified as 22 year old, Stephen C. Stucker, from Citrus Heights. The Coroner’s Office notified Stucker’s family members earlier today.
