Walk The Plank At Artwalk Tonight

Watch out for strolling pirates as you walk down Sutter Street this evening, on the Second Saturday Artwalk. They may want you to walk teh plank!

Stop by the stage in the Powerhouse parking lot and pick up a pirate scavenger huntlist, beginning at 5 pm. Turn in your completed scavenger hunt to the main stage booth by 8 pm and get a free prize plus enter a drawing to win $100 gift certificate to your favorite Historic Folsom restaurant.

MyFolsom.com and Folsom Historic District Association prepare for 2nd Annual “Night of 1000 Pumpkins”

The now annual Night of 1000 Pumpkins event is expected to draw 2500 residents and visitors; Organizers are asking attendees to bring a carved pumpkin to the event to display.

“We can’t make it to 1,000 pumpkins alone”, said organizer John Gladding, of MyFolsom.com. “We need everyone’s pumpkins to make this a success! This is a community event!”
