Sutter Street Gets Finishing Touches

Shannon Cheyne says construction crews continue with finishing touches on the 600-800 blocks of Sutter through this week and next. The finishing touches include the granite cross walks and raising the manhole covers to street level. These blocks will continue to be closed, off and on, while this is happening.
