(William Land Park, Sacramento Calif., October 12, 2010)  Funderland Amusement Park and River Oak Center for Children are pleased to announce the 2011 Spooktacular Halloween event at Funderland Amusement Park this Halloween, October 29th & 30th from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm!  Bring in a new game or new art supplies for River Oak Center for Children and receive free tickets (amount of tickets based on item donated).  Grab your favorite treat bag as Funderland will be offering safe trick or treating during our operating hours for only $3.00 per person.  You can also pick up a pumpkin to carve from our pumpkin patch too.   Kids can live out their Halloween dreams by piloting a Red Baron Plane, riding a horse on the Carousel, or living under the sea as a fish on the Oscar the Fish Ride.  If that wasn’t draw enough, a ride on the “Not So Scary” Train, or jaunt through the Silly Haunted House will thrill guests.  There will be free crafts and contests will take place throughout the day!  The friendly Funderland Witch will be on hand telling kid friendly scary stories, and brewing up some great concoctions in the concession stand.  On the way out of the park, stop by the face painter to get a touch up or a total makeover to complete your Halloween costume!
